Managing Partner & Founder
The firm is led by CA NKS Chauhan, a Fellow Chartered Accountant with over 30 years of experience in assurance and non-assurance services. He has advised a wide range of organizations in India and internationally on audit, taxation, governance, and advisory matters.
CA NKS Chauhan is actively associated with the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) and regularly participates in professional seminars, forums, and global business engagements through Reanda International Network. He also represents governance teams of several organizations across India and Nepal.
He is the founder of DEL CREDA, a specialized credit management initiative, and is widely respected for his leadership, ethical standards, and hands-on involvement in client engagements.

A senior professional with over three decades of experience in IT risk consulting, ERP implementations, governance frameworks, forensic audits, and information systems assurance. He has led large-scale projects in India and internationally and is certified by ISACA, USA.
CA Dibya Prasad Acharya (Risk Consulting & Internal Audit)
With over 18 years of international experience, he has worked with global firms such as KPMG, Deloitte, and BDO, managing complex risk-based internal audits across the Middle East, South Asia, and Australia. He is also an international trainer and academic contributor.
